Multi-sectorial SCDP

5.0 x 5.0 x 0.5 mm multi-sectorial single-crystal diamond plate is produced from IIa type hith-quality HPHT synthetic (lab-grown) diamond. The plate has no strain, defects, surface cracks or pits. The main advantages of the plate are large work area without pores or inclusions, perfect crystalline structure, low level of dislocations and uncontrolled impurities. General specification is listed below.


Multi-sectorial crystallography means that the plate has up to 60% of (100) sector. Mono-sectorial one with 100% of (100) sector is also commercially available. Mono-sectorial plates have no junctions of growth sectors and are characterized by larger work area and lower level of dislocations and impurities.


Optionally we provide this size with Boron-doping up to 10 ppm. Multi-sectorial plates have different sectors and different concentrations of Boron as a consequence. If your research requires homogeneous allocation of Boron, please, choose the mono-sectorial plate.
